Let your customers know you’re thinking about them with eye-catching postcards that advertise a promotion, a special event, your latest real estate listing or new menu items you’re offering. Studies find customers respond better to postcards and other direct mail than they do to email or online ads. Direct mail postcard printing is a great way to stay in touch, offer specials and thank your customers for their business.
We print postcards in every possible size and configuration, but if you don’t see your size and specs, call us. We are happy to print custom sizes, and special orders don’t upset us.
If your postcards aren’t making the impact you want, consider a design change. New colors and an eye-catching layout can sometimes shake things up. As a full-service design and printing company, we can help with graphic illustration and design. Our affordable, all-in-one design and printing packages can help you create postcards that will get your customers calling, visiting and buying.

We do tons of postcard printing, and we have streamlined the process to make it as easy as possible. Just download the postcard template for the size and application format you need, create your artwork, and upload your design to print.
If you are doing a custom size or do not see a template in the application you are using, please be sure to use the following specifications to design your postcard.
To ensure the best print results, follow these file setup guidelines when preparing your artwork:
Resolution: 300 dpi
Bleed: 1/8" (0.125") on all sides
Color Mode: CMYK (or spot colors when applicable)
File Format: PDF (with fonts embedded or outlined)
• Make sure images are not compressed (turn off downsampling when exporting)
• Backgrounds that touch the edge must extend 0.125" beyond the trim line (bleed)
• You may include crop marks, but do not include file names or timestamps — it can throw off the layout
• Embed or outline all fonts to ensure crisp, clean text and avoid font errors
